Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in favor of Anglewerks, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and event partners (collectively, "Anglewerks").

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in driving simulation activities, including but not limited to simulator use, motion platforms, virtual reality equipment, coaching, and event demonstrations, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, dizziness, motion sickness, nausea, strain, falls, equipment malfunction, or injury.

I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Anglewerks from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or death, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating. I understand that I should not participate if I am pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, severe motion sensitivity, or other medical issues that could be aggravated.

4. Equipment Use

I agree to follow all instructions provided by Anglewerks staff and understand that failure to do so may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

5. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have this Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The signing adult accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation.

6. Photography & Media

I grant Anglewerks permission to use photographs or video recordings taken during participation for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes unless I explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Acknowledgement

I have read this Waiver fully, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that by signing below, I am giving up legal rights.
