1. Who we are
These Terms apply to services provided by Anglewerks (“we”, “us”, “our”) including simulator coaching, turnkey simulator builds, tuning, setup support, and event demos. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services and estimates
- Quotes/estimates are estimates only and may change based on availability, final configuration, shipping, taxes, and scope.
- We may recommend equipment/settings based on your goals. Final purchasing decisions are yours unless you hire us for a turnkey build.
3. Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
- Session times are reserved for you. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
- We may charge for late cancellations or no-shows (details may be provided at booking time).
- Event/demo availability is subject to venue rules, scheduling, and equipment constraints.
4. Payments and refunds
- Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) may vary by service and will be confirmed in writing.
- Custom work and ordered hardware may be non-refundable once purchased/ordered.
- Refunds, if applicable, are handled case-by-case based on what has already been delivered or ordered.
5. Safety and assumption of risk
Simulator use can involve physical strain and (for motion systems) movement that may cause discomfort, dizziness, or injury. You agree to use equipment responsibly and follow instructions. If you feel unwell, stop immediately.
- You are responsible for confirming you are fit to participate and for disclosing any limitations.
- Minors must be supervised by a parent/guardian unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
6. No guarantees
Coaching and training can improve skills, but results vary. We do not guarantee competition outcomes, licensing, or specific performance results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anglewerks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Your equipment and property
- If we work on your hardware, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining backups/configs where relevant.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by misuse, third-party software, or power/network problems.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Anglewerks. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. If we provide settings/profiles/checklists, you may use them personally; redistribution requires written consent.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws.
